Service Description

A prenatal flow that will find space for both you and baby (or babies!) We will have 15mins at the beginning to chat about how far we are and how we're feeling, which is a perfect time to highlight any specific aches and pains that I can help you. Suitable from 14 weeks on and for all levels and experience. These sessions are held via Zoom - please ensure you enter your correct email address when signing up so you receive the zoom class link.
