RenewYoga offers unsupervised online classes, this means that we are not able to help correct your posture, asses your personal abilities or the suitability of our classes for you. Only you know your own body and limits. If you take instruction from any content offered by RenewYoga, please be aware that you are fully responsible for the safety of your practice within your personal physical limitations.

If you are in any doubt at all about your abilities or the suitability of our classes, please consult your health care professional with any questions or concerns before starting. Attending a few local classes in person may help you to understand the basics while under the supervision of a teacher.

By using the Website you represent that you understand that physical exercise involves strenuous physical movement and that such activity carries the risk of injury whether physical or mental.

If you are pregnant or think that you may be pregnant, please follow the recommended practices only. If you are in any doubt, please do not continue until you have spoken to your physician or other qualified health professional.

By participating in a Renew Yoga online class with Hannah Renew you agree to the following terms:

We provide a nurturing and safe practice with general guidelines for the practice, but no responsibility will be taken for any injuries you may incur during this practice.

It is essential that you retain full responsibility for your own physical and general well-being in applying instructions in this guided program to your own circumstances.

Consult your doctor if you have any preexisting medical conditions and check if this practice is suitable for you.

The golden rule is 'if it doesn't feel right then don't do it'. We encourage you to stop when you need to. Feel free to ask for assistance during the class or tailored advice afterward. We are here to help you get the most from your practice and more than happy to offer personalised adjustments or alternatives.

Renew Yoga and Hannah Renew will not accept liability for any injury or otherwise from your participation in this program. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If you experience any pain or discomfort you agree to listen to your body, adjust the posture, or stop altogether. You affirm that you alone are responsible to decide whether to practice yoga.

By practicing the above, you will also reap the benefit of deepening your awareness and understanding of your body.
